I highly recommend reading the first book in the series, read my review my blog The Crafty Cauldron. I actually enjoyed this book way more than the first. It has a whole different feel and the writing and flow of the story was fantastic. Since I am obsessed with mythology and sci-if these books are right up my alley. Leoros is back on Earth and the battle of good and evil still ensues. Choices he made in the first book still haunt him. A few new characters are introduced and the multi-POV is still there, which I love. If you are looking for a book with tons of action, Soul has it. In a vivid way, the author weaves a story that is really hard to put down.
